How to Use

For dispersal in water:

1. Turn warm water on to full force.
2. Slowly sprinkle the packet directly under the faucet into the tub or container.
3. Stir any oatmeal settled on the bottom.

For use as a soak in a bath:

1. Slowly stir one packet into an infant tub filled with water.
2. Stir any oatmeal settled on the bottom.
3. Soak affected area for 15 to 30 minutes as needed or as directed by a doctor.
